Bill Starr, CPA CA – Managing Director
Bill brings nearly 25 years of international experience in finance, entrepreneurship and business development. He is the Managing Director of Starboard Services, a leading provider of strategic CFO services to international growth-oriented companies doing business in the United States. Prior to founding Starboard Services he founded an award-winning media and social networking start-up. He is a former investment banker with The Collins Group and Macquarie Bank, and a former Senior Manager, PwC. He is a Canadian Chartered Accountant (CPA CA), and earned his bachelor’s degree in business at Bishop’s University in Quebec, Canada.
